How do I edit an order my client has placed?

It's easy to make changes to your clients' lab orders before sending them off to the lab!


To edit a specific item on an order:

1. Go to Commerce > Orders

2. Click on the Order (or use the "Search" button to find the correct order)

3. Scroll down to the lab item you wish to change

4. Click "Edit Item"

5. Change the product, the quantity, or the mounting / texture (if available) as needed

6. Click "Save"

When you edit a lab-based item, the words "EDITED ITEM" will appear beside it, letting you know that it has been altered from the original order the client placed.



To completely remove an item from a lab order:

1. Go to Commerce > Orders

2. Click on the Order (or use the "Search" button to find the correct order)

3. Scroll down to the lab item you wish to change

4. Click the "..." button and choose ""Convert Items to Self-Fulfilled"

5. Select the items you'd like to remove from the lab order

6. Click "Convert to Self-Fulfilled" 

*NOTE: Once an item is converted to self-fulfilled it cannot be undone.
